It is very important to keep to the set marine regulations and boating laws. These boating rules and regulations are set for a reson, and that is to save live's and protect you and others while at sea. These boating laws and boat regulations are set to keep sea safety to a maximum and casulties at sea to a minimum.
If you do not obide by these Boating laws you can be prosectuted just like in a vehicle on the road. Not only obiding to the rules for boating and marine regs, but you should and can also take out extra safety equipment for boating, and go on boating courses like a boating level 2 and a boat safety course, aswell as a radio course.
